This is my first blog, so be patient... I'm still finding my way around here.

The main idea of this blog is to tell about my experience as a gastronomy student at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. I'm a career changer, I used to be a PR manager for about 15 years but now I've decided to do something with real passion.

I'm from Sao Paulo, Brazil and I'm going to move to Melbourne June 14th. My course starts June 21st and ends December 31st. I really don't know what's gonna happen but I've plans to take some other courses in Thailand, Italy and Spain.

I intend to post frequently, so I hope you keep coming back ;)
